Anybody have to do one of these on a 80-85 Oldsmobile 88/98???

I assume door panel has to come off the everything else is pretty self explanatory?

 

I did a right side mirror addition to my old '78 Delta and later on changed both mirrors to sport mirrors, so I did this twice.

Interior door panel and water shield comes off, then you can get your hand into the interior of the door to tighten the two attaching nuts for the mirror.

Wear a long-sleeved shirt to protect your arm from cuts - lots of sharp edges in there.

 

Update

Do the mirrors have to come off just to replace the actual mirror part? I have sport mirrors aswell.
