Driver Side Sun Visor will not stay up 1973 Delta 88

My driver side sun visor will not stay up. I do not know if I need to replace the arm or not. Any suggestions greatly appreciated .

Isn't there a screw on the bracket to the left of the visor that you can tighten up?
