Is it possible to install a 67 delta 88 custom holiday coupe rear bumper on a 67 convertible or do the extra tail light slots pose a mounting issue...

I would say it should mount the same, I see no reason that the extra tailights would cause any mounting trouble.

 

I agree with Joe. Should mount right on. If you plan on doing that, also do the lower lights. I see many lenses, nos, on ebay pretty cheap. If the bumper comes with the housings and harness, you should be good to go!
