1974 88 hose clamps orig?

I have clamps on all my hoses I have not seen before. Best explained as two loops with a screw that connects over to a nut that pulls the clamp together.

Sound like factory clamps.

Factory clamps and damn good ones. Unless they break when removing them, I try to keep them; same with "tower" style hose clamps that a lot of GM cars used though there's a trick to getting those off without destroying them. I don't like flat band screw clamps though I sometimes have to use them.

then I must have orig clamps, all of them. I have never seen such an all orig engine bay. the only thing missing is the stove pipe assembly. Every other thing on the car is there as from the factory and hooked up. Choke, all of it. I just replaced the heater hoses (same ribbed type as orig) and will be doing the rad hoses and this summer have the WP sent out to be reman'd as it leak a tiny bit time to time from weep hole though even that has not happened in some time.

Take a look at the plug wires - originals have the date on them.

well not that orig. ha ha ha
It got a full tune up right before I got it. Still points and the likem but all new stuff. Runs like a kitten, zero stumble when cold like most untouch old cars. I was shocked how well this car runs. To bad it is just the 350 though.
