1970 W33 has good new home

Guys,

I picked up the 88 W33 that was on this board. Please feel free to send your comments. I've considered swapping in Delta Royale buckets and a console, but can't find any offered. Does anybody have info if they swap with the Toronado?

The color will remain code-58. Sure like to find another in code-26 exterior.

Speaking of others, is there a registry for 1970 W33 cars. Does anybody on this site own one?

Does anybody reproduce the seat covers and door panels, instead of having to use one of the NOS suppliers out on the west coast?

Your emails are invited.

Thanks,

Chris

Congrats Chris
You've got yourself a very nice car and a rare one to boot. I'd hesitate to change anything from original due to it's rarity, but it's your car. I once had a 1968 Delta Custom that came factory with bucket seats and console. So I know they made them. Both the seats, shifter and console were the same as used in the Cutlass/442. The seats had different adjustment rails than the A-body, and I suspect but don't know for sure that the shifter cable may have been a different length. Once again, congrats on your purchase and welcome to the site! Sorry, I can't help you with seat covers. Hopefully someone here will know as we've got a couple Delta Royale owners on the site. John

Thanks for the reply.

I appreciate your comments. Any idea of production numbers in a coupe?
