Posi (limited slip) rear for a 1967 big Olds

Are posi rears available for 1967 Olds Delmont or Delta 88's? It's my understanding that these are tough to find. If so, are there any complete rear end assemblies that are easily fitted to this model?

You might want to check with this guy and see what rear is in the 67 Bonneville he's parting. He only wants $100 for the complete axle assembly:

Full size Olds

How many bolts on the rear diff cover?

The ratios for the full size Olds are very limited with the 12 bolt cover. 2.56 2.73 3.08
if you are lucky VERY LUCKY you can find 3.23 3.42 in a wagon.

The Bonneville that the guy on Performance years is a PONTIAC 10 bolt cover with 12 bolt guys and they do make 3.55 aftermarket gear for that rear. The posi units are a bit more easy to find too.

I have a 1968-1970 Bonneville / Catalina rear with the 3.55 gears and posi BUT not sure if the spring perch mounting and control arm mounting is the same? Need measurements and pictures to help you. Jim
