pinion seal number

pinion seal number

Does anyone know what the right pinion seal is for my 65 442? 2043 seal is not correct!!!! my Old seal has an OD of 2.655 +or - .001 My pinion shaft where the seal rides is 1.649 +or- .001 any help would be great!!

You'll get an answer sooner if you start a new thread rather than resurrecting an unrelated one.

OEM part number is 9773216, 1964-65 F85 and J88 only. This crosses to SKF 16500. ( 2.666" od 1.645" id )

Thank you Joe I figured if anyone would know it would be you!!! I just got back from Napa who had it. $38.00 I probably if I searched around could have found it cheaper but they had it in stock

8620 IS ALSO A GOOD NUMBER FOR THAT Buick SEAL.
