I have a 1972 Cutlass s with a 350 and I'm going to put a 373 posi gear in it but not sure what info i need in order to find what I'm looking for. I'm not sure if i have a 8.2 or 8.5. i guess i need to know more about my differential before i start looking for a higher gear. i need help please

If the differential is original you have an 8.5" corporate rear end with bolt in axles.
