Diff cover drain plug??

Diff cover drain plug??

Hey guys just wondering if anyone here has installed a drain in a stock diff cover???

If so any pics???? And where did buy the drain plug/threaded bushing??

I purchased the perfect launch cover and it has the drain plug in it, I would think you could probably drill a hole and braze weld a nut inside the original and plug it that way. That may work just as well.

Thats what I was thinking.....don't want to spend $150 on. Cover if I can just drill and weld on a new one myself..... I know people make their own oil pan/ tanks for motorcycles

I just figured I spend anuf $$ on the rear parts I may as well go all the way . It may save it for a while longer if I get on it too much. Some guys say its a good to have .

They sell a kit to make a drain in a trans pan, I wonder if you could use that?

Just get an old oil pan and cut out it's drain plug.
