Bent axel flange
Flange?
Are you referring to the plate that retains the axle in the tube? If so, I had one that was wallowed out/bent/chewed up on the inside. I searched and searched, placing Parts Wanted threads, but could not find anyone willing to sell me just the retaining plates.
I discovered the ones from a Buick look close, but do not interchange. In the end, I was able to (mostly) repair mine.
See the before and after pics below.

Straightening axles
Most likely the ability to do this will cost you more than the axle shaft is worth. Buy another used one or New one.
I have both if you need one PM me and will get you prices.
What we need to know is whether your axle is a sealed bearing or a oiled bearing...
Meaing seal in the axle housing tube end or the seal is on the axle shaft outboard the axle bearing. Jim

unless it's the last such axle in the world, get another one
be aware there are variations, the performance ratios [3.42+] have a different spline count. If you have numerically under 3.42, there should be many available for cheap.
Turn the bent wheel a couple lugs and they will cancel each other out
[just kidding, last part]
:-)

Very low % that it is that rear. all the rest are 28 spline.
ALL axles can be custom made IF NEEDED. We have all the specs to make alloy custom race axles for the 12 O type rear 28 or 31 spline 57-70 what ever it is.
Need to figure out if the seal is in the axle tube or the seal is ON THE AXLE SHAFT out board the bearing for the correct axle needed. AND yes the spline count.
