303

Hi!
I just bought a 1951 303.
Does it fit in my 1954 Rocket 88 (324) without Problems?

You may be the first person to swap in an engine with less horsepower/torque than original.. Why wouldnt you at least upgrade to a 371 or 394? The engine bolts in the same way!

I live in Germany and here you dont find a Rocket engine
every corner. Im glad I found one anyway. I bought my Olds without Engine/Trans so I dont have any parts of the 324.
But the 303 is a complete running unit with transmission.
I ve heard that since 1954 the transmission was bolt on
22 degree counter clockwise to increase the compartment tunnel.
In 1951 it was "straight". Does it fit in my tunnel?
