i have a 1980 cutlass calise and the cowl tag reads 80 09b 3ar47 r017979 79e 19L 19t L arg co4 084167 body by fisher i have looked everywhere i can think of and a lot of people are getting there tags decoded but no one spot to go to if someone can decode this it would sure help and my vin no. is*3k47far409823 can someone decode this as well it makes buying the correct parts so much nicer.

I believe that 19T/19L is black color top and lower. R stands Arlington TX fisher works.
