i have a 1980 cutlass calais and need to remove the steering wheel but cannot get the center button off. my turn signal works but the switch feels crunchy,it sat for 7 yrs so i was suprised the switch worked,not much else did. area around the light switch is melted because of a short in the engine compartment.
