My Big Block 455

I'm am Swapping out my Small Block 350 for Oldsmobile's Boeing 747 of Engines..My 455 Big Block is almost complete, then off to the Dyno at United Speed World in Tampa..

Usually people put the engine on the Dyno, not the other way around .

Where did u get that color blue? I can't find it anywhere. And the blue on me engine just isn't working for me.

3-4 Cans from Fusick's . I was very pleased with the outcome of that paint.

Interesting simile, as the 455 was introduced in 1968 and the 747 was introduced in 1969 (first commercial flight in 1970).

Yes, Jediidah I'm enjoying this... My kids are all grown now I have some extra money to enjoy this restoration .. I will video the Dyno , but I don't think you can post videos on this site..

Yikes!! That thing is a monster. Even the trick oil-pan is evil. Hope it doesn't damage the dyno.
