I have a '66 F-85, just north of LA in Canyon Country. My best friend lives a few miles away and has a '65 Cutlass, his son has my first car, '66 442.

Check out the Oldsmobile Club of America. I am sure you can get hooked up with some people in your area that have Oldsmobiles. From my experience most of the members in OCA are Cutlass owners.

I have a '66 Cutlass Supreme and am in Stevenson Ranch. 66 Olznut, we should start a SCV Olds club.. mostly consisting of BBQ's and Car Washes. How 'bout it?

Here's my 66. She still needs a little love in places, but a good car none the less.

Oh man, you hit me where it hurts!! Here's my first car 442.jpg And my second Esther.jpg And my buddy Spence's '65 Cutlass sparky5.jpg Spence's son bought my black 442 from me. AllGMShow2007030.jpg This is Spence and "some guy" at the All GM Show a few months back in Van Nuys next to his '65. And this is how we roll to the shows until he can afford to get the car finished. SoCalOCA2007Memorial012.jpg I'm all for a GTG of any kind, maybe when I get mine back from the painter we can have some type of "re-assembling" party as I could use some extra hands, brains, eyes, and muscles to put some of the stuff back in. Email me olznut at aol dot com.

Hey, anyone of you SoCal guys wanna make some extra cash and check out a Cutlass in La Habra for an East Coast buyer? Just don't trust pictures a whole lot and would rather pay a knowledgable Oldsmobile enthusiast than an inspection service that will just subcontract the job out to some clueless person. Just looking for someone to test drive the car, check the body for waves/rust repair, etc, run a few numbers and take some pictures. Bascially, just check the car out like you were gonna buy it and render an honest opinion on it's condition. Willing to pay up to $150 to the right person. Just gotta be knowlegable on 71 442's and own a digital camera and be able to email pics. Any takers? Maybe one day I can return the favor!

I wouldn't take your cash, but would check it out if I knew anything about 442s.

I'll see if one of the local 442 guys might be interested.
