85 Cutlass from Los Angeles

Hi! I have an 85 cutlass supreme with the 3.8 v6. I just hit the 140k mark and the engine/trans is starting to give out. I wanted to swap it out for the 350 with a th350 tranny. Any ball park estimates as to what this will cost me?
Thanks a lot.

Welcome to CO. I couldn't give you an accurate estimate but I am sure someone here will be able to. Good luck.

Your issues are going to be with emissions refs. That car never came with a 350 of any make and they will never let it pass.

The Buick guys have gotten a lot of power out of the V6. You might explore some of the tricks done to their cars to see what might transfer over to the Olds. John
