'68 outside door handles 2 vs 4 doors

I am sure some one will know this off the top of their heads....

Do two door and four/wagons '68 Cutlasses use the same outside door handles?

I know this doesn't help you, but the 80's cars will swap between 2&4 door

As far as I know, same as Chevy and Pontiac, too.

Caddy was different (not sure about Buick).

Om my Vista the outsides of the handles are exactly the same but the button in the rear has a much longer shaft with a T piece on the end to depress the release lever inside the door because it sits in from the door face more than the front.
Makes it a bear when the car's apart, you can't reach the lever with your finger to open the door like the front.
