Another newbie question. (Hood release cable 72 Cut)

I'm missing the cable that runs from my hood release handle up to the mechanism in my 1972 Cutlass Supreme. I'm not finding anything online except the INDOOR hood release cable that runs to the bottom of the dash. Anyway to improvise? Am I not looking in the right place? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It would help if we knew what you are working on. Judging by the grill I am guessing a 72 Cutlass Supreme but that is just a guess.

Believe you are missing this linkage:

1970-72 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hood Release Rod Crank To Latch 1pc



You will also need some clips similar to this: 69-72 Cutlass 442 W-30 Hood Release Bell Crank Bracket Clip Door Lock Clip 2 Pc.

Luckily I still have the handle. All other necessaries have been ordered.. Chipping away!
