quarter panel help
I think i know what i did wrong looking for some help to fix. I had a big dent in quarter panel that was patched in with bondo from the middle of the wheel well allthe the way up to 2 inches below body line also both bottom so i wanted to keep my curve under rear window. so i cut 2 inches below body to just past the dent then angled to the door abot 4 inches above bottom body line. Any way i didnt feel comfortable but welding the whole thing so i flanged the to and i think my mistake flanged angle to door. All welded in noticed it dipped. In then back out on the. Angled part. Would have to fill with 1/4+ with bondo to straighten back out and the point was to have a clean quarter panel and not a bunc of bondo. Any help would be appreciated

Looks like the problem is hard to photograph. I assume you used a mig welder to do the welding. Let us know.
I think the way you sectioned it was not a problem. Do you think you got it too hot? If the panel warped from heat, I'm not the guy to help you. Maybe someone else could jump in and help here.

I made the same mistake different car and year.
If I understanding you correctly it looks like this but the length of the seam correct ?

Basically, you need to get a body hammer and dolly and work it straight! if you can't get behind it, I suggest the weld stud and slid hammer the weld stud tool sorry not a pro, I don't know what all the proper terms are. I would ask "coppercutlass" for guidance
Please take better pics so they can give you better advise as I am guessing off of my own example

Here's a link to the $99 stud welder that Harbor Freight sells. Works pretty well.
