I'm in the same boat. I have original olds bucket but I want buckets out of a newer car. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

You will have to mod brackets and possibly drill floors for mounting bolts. Use doubler plates through floors to prevent bolts/studs added from being pulled through in case of an accident or being over stressed.

Check out this article from Hemming's. I remembered it, thinking those seats look pretty comfortable.

Yep.. Basically.. I have been Eyeballing a set of CORBEAU F1's for the front.. If I find some cheap enough, they'll do. I had a set in a 2000 Supercharged Mustang Gt and they were very comfortable, and had bolsters. Only issue was they started to wear on the kidney bolster from consistent getting in and out.

I also have been keeping an eye on a set of 1988 Merkur Scorpio seats.. They have it all, and are black leather.
I lose my mind, I might try to graft over the electric reclining rear seats from the Scorpio. I can get the whole car for 600.00

Bucket Seat Brackets

I modified a set of "Planted" brackets for my delta, got a pair of g6 buckets off Craigslist, the brackets cost more than the seats , but I'm firmly "Planted".... worked out great...

They have seats and bracket/track kits. Some of the styles look fairly OEM.

I'll get some this weekend of the current Corbeau seats.

Any other pictures I had are long gone.

I just purchased Procar Pro 90 to replace bench seat. Grain runs vertically vice horizontally, but should be ok. Purchased a TMI console as well. Procar has a Rally and Elite versions that I considered as well. Went for the less expensive and used the difference to fund the console.

Fyi

I put a 1985-1990ish Cutlass Calais bucket seat onto the original seat base on the driver side in my 1972 race car. Nice upgrade & the cost was peanuts.

Installed Pro Car 90 buckets

I installed Pro Car 90 buckets in my 70 Cutlass (and TMI Console). Love them. Install was clean and easy. TMI console Velcro is a joke, so had to screw console to tunnel.
