Axle tubes- 60% gloss(Semi gloss)
Backing plates - Bare steel or 60% black(Most were Black)
Center section - Bare cast iron
Diff. cover - Bare steel or black(Most were black)
Shocks - Grey
springs - Black Or bare steel(Most were Black)
Drums - Bare steel cast (Rally wheel car has face painted black, Hubcap car no paint)
sway Bar - Bare Steel or Black(Most were black)
If you really want to be assembly line correct after all this spray everything black with a spray bomb from the rear. Just make a mess of it
The idea behind this was it needed to look good on the lot for aprox. 30 days . They didn't want to see rust.
