64 bucket seat mounts

Can anyone tell me if the bucket seat mount goes in with the back bolt towards the inside or outside

I did not save them or take pictures of the old floor pans

also. I assume this bar is welded to the floor?? Is it also bolted though the crossmember under the floor?

Heres a better picture. The stud and hole line up with the two holes on the seat itself.
Ive played around with it and they seem to fit both ways, which gives me a great oppourtunity to weld them in functionaly correct but still backwards
