455 engine swap in g body

does anyone have tips on headers for a g body cutlass with a 455. i dont want to spend a ton of money for dick millers or hookers. or if headman shorty headers would work.

Get hookers, or use stock exhaust manifolds.
I had a custom set made 20 years ago (before the hookers came out), that broke the bank. There is really no cheap way out.

is there gonna to be any real performance loss or gain by running the w-30 manifolds over the stock ones that i have? or is there any performance diff between the stock ones i have prob 7 diff 455's with manifolds on them. i thought about making bigger version of the 307 steel log sytle they came with the g body cars.

Those are the best flowing manifold period. I'm not sure that's saying all that much, but they are leaps and bounds over the ones used in single exhaust applications.
