Olds and Ford at work

I drove the Cutlass to work today and parked next to the facilities manager's Galaxie uh, make that a Fairlane 500 (thanks for the correction Greg). It's a Friday mini car show.

You're not a Ford guy, Ken. That is a Fairlane. Your car and his look great!

Does your Cutlass have a dashboard cover? Standard equipment when I lived in AZ, my wife's 82 Capri dashboard turned black.
looked like burnt toast

No dashpad. It’s originally black but is starting to fade. Prolly have to re-dye it during the next interior refurb.

Oh, the tables will turn very soon. You'll be enjoying a nice summer day, and I'll be baking in 110+ temperatures for 5 months.
