Hesseman had played some other roles but this has to be his most memorable one.
R.I.P.

He was 81.Hesseman died Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Los Angeles of complications from colon surgery he first had last summer, his wife, actress and acting teacher Caroline Ducrocq, told The Hollywood Reporter.

Bad as we hate to admit it our heroes have grown old along with us. Makes us face our own mortality.
At least they've given us good music and a few laughs along the way. For that we should be grateful. They'll never completely die as long as there's a way to hear the music and watch the shows.
