It’s an inline breakaway valve outside of the pump. It’s the silver part at the end of the hose she throws in the car. Link to one below.

You can find a ton of videos online of these valves breaking when people drive off. They are rated to break around at around 300 lbs of force.

Soooo.... she gets out of her car and steps over the hose to get back to those guys and didn't notice? You know...the part you didn't see on the clip.

 

We know there's clueless people like that, but this one reeks of being staged.
