went on a cruise in the 72 convertible up north to visit family and party a bit over the weekend.decided to look up the original owner since he wasnt too far away .he took the car off the road in 1986 desperately needing a restoration and hadn't seen it in 20 or so years .needless to say he was quite happy and impressed to see the car .he told me some stories of the car back when it was new and thanked me for stopping .felt good to enjoy the fruits of my labor .the car ran and drove excellent on the roughly 200 mile trip.after putting in a 20 day stretch at work the time off was welcome .
