They busted Tickle!

Tickle's a decent guy and hilarious when you talk with him. Yeah, he was slightly shytfaced and probably had no business driving. Shame he couldn't have found someone to take him home.
These city clowns can't find the punks who broke in my home or slashed my tires 2 years ago, but they can sure make a drunk in public bust. Pretty sure the one that nailed him is crowing like a banty rooster too. A DIP or DUI arrest is a local cop's wet dream. They hang around parking lots at every bar in town waiting for a kill- except the ones their buddies in blue are known to frequent off duty.
Like a lot of small-time newspapers, local rag prints a weekly arrest docket in the Sunday edition. It's always full of DIP, trespassing, misdemeanor weed possession and other such victimless crime, but rarely if ever do you see any arrests for B&E, robbery, malicious wounding, property damage or other real crime.

It was bound to happen, he really needs to get a handle on his drinkin' Good thing it wasn't a DUI or DWI, because that is not a good thing to do. I like ole Tickle & Tim and the rest of the moonshinin crew and I hope they stay clear of any trouble.

Yeah, I'm glad if it had to be anything it was DIP.
The new Moonshiners crew strikes me as a little bizarre, but if you didn't know Tim, Tickle, Jesse and the rest you might have thought they were a little out there too. Suffice to say the show is Hollywooded up a lot.
What the show never told is Tim's background as a career Army Intelligence specialist, Tickle's industrial maintenance engineering degree, or the college academic scholarships Tim's son JT got.
I kinda miss those Moonshiners' Jamborees Tim hosted at his farm.
A young friend (22 yo) had some fine peach brandy last Saturday night. I never ask Jacob where he gets it, but his source makes top-shelf 'shine. His family runs an auction house and he had lost his voice calling bids, but a few sips of that peach and he started sounding like himself again.

um, we called that friday and saturday night during college.
Whew, good thing LEOs were concentrating on him rather than killers, rapists, etc.
