I snapped this picture last week on the way to the lake.
I did smell a slight whisp of piggies cookin', too!
Or was that from Soulman's BBQ up the street??

I have heard that they love to deep fry anything in Texas including turkey and butterballs. Maybe they use bacon fat and want to dispose of in an eco-friednly way. What better way to do so than to use it for fuel.
