If it is easily removable, and that is what you want, I say go for it. You will soon get tired of it.
I thought about doing similar lettering on my cars long ago, but now glad I did not bother. The desire passes with age.
True, everyone and their PC views will probably twist it into some sort of hideous meaning. Geez... I have seen where an adult male could not even look for books for kids or grandkids without being looked at as a weirdo by others. What is this world coming to???

Whenever I see stuff like this, I think, really, what is the ACTUAL image it presents? "Hide your daughter" on an '85 Delta 88 sedan? What dangers do '85 Delta 88 sedans pose to daughters? It's sort of like a tattoo of a skull with the skin burning off and a knife in it's teeth, on the bicep of a 300 pound fat guy eating a hot dog and walking around in flip flops at the county fair...kinda silly, kinda contradictory, it says a lot more about one's lack of self-control than it does about their good taste. (nothing against Delta 88 sedans or heavy guys...)
IMO, the world needs fewer signs and more action. If you really want people to hide their daughters, then act like it. If you're not prepared for the consequences of acting like it, then don't act like it. But forget about the sign. Again, JMO.
