The *NEW* Good Morning Thread!
Good morning, Oldsmofriends.... Warmin' up today, but bracin' for storms tonite and then frigidity again after that.
Gettin' ready to watch the boys in black & gold (who strangely enough will be in white today) go up against the Bengals. Interestingly, LSU got shut out in AR last night (embarrassingly), and they are actually the "Bengal Tigers." (Probably absolutely meaningless.)
Mike, sorry they pulled the rug out from under you last night. I'm sure you were glad when the shift ended. BTW, had you ever heard of the old "Flying Boxcar"? I remember Dad talking about them when we saw them flying over N.O. when I was a kid.
Anyhoots, let me get crackin'.
Y'all have a great Sunday. And BTW, if anybody comes up with some good Oldsmohair, I'll be standing in front of the line.

Morning everyone
I did some thread checking and it seems like those ads are in many cases triggered by either the title of the thread or keywords in the first few posts. It's not a consistent pattern tho.
Funny, not haha funny, 2 days ago oil tanked down to 74 / barrel and the price up here jumped 4 cents/liter. That's about 14 cents a U.S. Gallon. They say it's supply and demand, but last I checked there was a glut of gasoline driving price structure. Makes me mad.
John? Where were ya last night buddy? We got leftovers up de wahzoo. De hollandaise sauce fer de aspergas was to die for. Desert Wuz Black Forest cake. Urp! I am still not hungry.
Clint, I hope so too. I would have thought the move in would happen yesterday but not so. They must have $$$ though because they are driving (new) high end Audi a3, yota sequoia and a 2015 Avalon. Still waiting to see what kind of peeps they are. Got my fingers crossed too.
Curling hasn't been going so well. Every week I've had to work with a different front end so there's no consistency. Sigh....
Warmer here today so the koffees not froze over. Enjoy your day.

Allan,
The Olds heater busted in South Dakota and I had to turn around. Just put the leftovers outside and they will freeze immediately and I'll just zap 'em when I get there. Sounds wonderful!

p.s.: So much for the white Saints uniforms.
Won't trust that source of info any more....

WTH? Ha got a defective Ols heater? Best git r fixed cause you'll need it up here! I couldn't help but notice the ads picked up your reference to the Bengal tigers (dang otter koreckt changed it to Vegas!) and heater. They now have switched gears to include them. Next time y'all visit ya need to travel wit de HOOTERS girls and a case of Jim Beam bourbon......
I doubt de boy will let de leftovers last dat long. I swear he either has a hollow leg or a tapeworm. Hope it's the holler leg.
Hmmmm, speaking of heaters an such? Mebbe time to change de radiator hoses and coolant in de Saturn. Onee changed de coolant oncet back in 03. Still has all de original hoses. Saturn isn't my favorite car after they screwed me over back in 99.

Hi everyone.
Went looking for pictures of a Flying Boxcar. I thought I knew what it was but was wrong. This is what I thought it was:

One of these used to fly into Atlanta all the time. Its call sign was Skybox. I think this is actually a Sherpa.
Didn't wake up until after 2 this afternoon. Of course I told the dogs to wake me up at noon. No dogs.
My neighbor brought over a big piece of meatloaf and taters and corn. Oh man was that good. She made it for her son and d-I-l because they are sick. I knew when she said that what was next. She said, I'm taking this over to them to help out. And when they came home, they brought that frickin' dog that she leaves outside all the time. I hope it isn't here all week.
Allan is there a difference in the bottom two pictures, other than the one blinks? What does the R stand for?
Ads today include Bengal Tigers, Audi A3, Flying Boxcar. This is getting rather interesting. And the banners in the corner all say they are related. Yes, related to what we talk about and they harvest.
Plenty to keep me busy this week, culminating with the property closing on Thursday.
Well see ya. Have a good evening everyone time to gather firewood.

This new fangled web stuff is really screwing up the site.
The picture is supposed to be of a Short Bros. Short 330, or a C23B Sherpa. Nice little plane.

Hi everyone. Checking in to see what's new and exciting. Another weekend's come and gone, not sure where it went.
Our pup still is having issues with his colon, have to give the vet's office another call tomorrow. Not sure why at this point.
I played in my first USTA match this year Friday night and won. Pretty excited to pull one out for the team. We had team practice for another 6 hours on the courts yesterday and today. The team is pretty driven to win but I think they're overdoing it, LOL.
I was driving my 85 Riv the other day and the brakes started to act up. When its been driven for a while and I would come to a stop, it would feel like the brakes weren't releasing. Then, the pedal started to go soft. Have to try and put in a new master cylinder in tomorrow. Always something, right?
Well, I'm tired and heading off to bed, hope you all have a good night.

Ok, eyes back.
Jim, I like my recipe better mostly cause it doesn't use ketchup or pork.
Darrell, sorry to hear the pup still has problems. Congrats on the win!
Mike, your eyesight is spot on. The animated version can't be hosted on CO. I checked with Omicron and he pointed me in the right direction to link it in. The R is my middle initial.
I see the site picked up on my reference to Audi A3 as there's an ad in the lower banner for it now.
Curling last night was meh, but we still managed to pull out a 7-4 win. Not much exciting on de mawnin news. Still cold and foggy, glad I don't need to go out right now.
So here's a survey question: how long do you expect your car battery to last? The one in the Sonata is 8 years old and still going strong. The Saturn battery is going on 7 1/2 years and still is good. Both cars are subject to extremes in heat and cold, and most driving is not rush hour. But I do run the cars with full lighting all the time instead of DRLs.
Enjoy your day.

Is there any difference between "factory" batteries and aftermarket? The one in the Sonata has Hyundai stampings. The Saturn has a GM Delco. Both of the other batteries it had were also Delco, but I'm inclined to go with a Motomaster Eliminator soon. It has higher CCA and eXtended warranty for more than 9 years! Car will prolly fall apart before that. I know the Sonata needs a special size, but I'm sure I could get the same deal. Only thing is the aftermarket jobs have both side and top posts but the Sonata only uses toppers. And it has a battery blanket that won't fit if a replacement has side posts.
Dismal looking down here, too
Mornin', all... Elsie really made her presence known last night from around 9 until well after I went to sleep. Temp dropped about 30* overnight -- low 40s this morning, down from a muggy 75 yesterday. Glad to be down here, as better half informed me it's 16* in Peoria dis mawnin'.
The pictures are all good, Allan -- not crazy about the stubby version, tho'... Give me the real deal any day.
Fireplace rollin' this morning. A friend of mine trimmed her pecan tree a couple years ago and I'm burning the good wood she gave me back then. Way better than some of the flimsy stuff I bought as part of the cord a few seasons back.
Wackin' 'em, Jamesbo? Must be a nip on the course, if not a total bog from da' rain. There were tornado warnings all evening last night, but mostly to our northeast, in Washington parish.
You couldn't pay me to go to a Saints game now. The last one I went to was about 6 years ago in the Dome. Besides getting trounced by the Panthers, the loud music, sirens, bells, and whistles never ceased. The "breaks" seemed to be more plentiful than the play. And I found the beer-drunk crowds obnoxious. That's not even counting the time element. Living in Ponchatoula, I'd have to leave at least 3-4 hrs before kickoff, and I'd prolly get home 2 hrs. after the final whistle. We're talkin' a FULL DAY. And then consider the game + food prices. Anyway, right now, I'm on the verge of not even watching them on TV. Yesterday was a sickening display -- especially for a home game. I wound up leaving it on in the den while I paid bills and worked on my (seemingly endless) desk and paperwork in the adjacent office.
But speaking of Washington Parish, anybody ever been to Washington, Georgia? There was a little story about it in the electric co-op magazine this month and it looks cool, clean, and charming. I can't say I'd even heard of it before. It's about 2.5 hrs from Hiawassee, west of Athens. But I'd jaunt on down there if anybody wanted to rendezvous one afternoon for a little repast and tourism.
Clint, what's a 41? Is it a rifle?
Allan, batteries are just like oil -- everybody has an opinion. Here are two of mine: One: forget about CCAs being an indicator of battery life. No relation, unless you get one that's grossly out of whack for your car. Two: batteries that come in your car from the assembly facility will last longer than their replacements. In general, the manufacturers don't skimp on their OE batteries. But you can't always buy those OE ones off the shelf. I have tried, and have sometimes had success. But you have to go to the dealer and usually pay thru the nose. (To me, it's worth it.)
The worst battery I ever bought was a Champion for my '89 'Stang from Sam's at least 20 years ago (I sold it in '95.) It didn't last 3 years.
End of "Battery Tips O'Day."
Whelpt, y'all have a warm Moon day, Oldsmofriends.

Allan why do you turn the lights on all the time? Even in broad daylight? I actually find DRLs distracting. I always thought if I had a car with them I'd disable them, but then I thought, what the heck, I don't see them.
The rain has stopped for now, but I expect it to start up again. I think it's supposed to clear out this afternoon.
I cranked up the heat in the house because my girl is getting a bath. Probably both of them. They haven't had one in a couple years anyway, so even though this isn't the optimal day to do it, their luck has run out. This means I'll get a bath as well as the bathroom.
My experience with batteries is the Delco batteriers aren't worth the powder to blow them up. Neither are Die Hards from Sears. I've had good luck with Interstate batteries, and the Optima I bought for the Corvette that ended up in the Saturn is going on 6 years.

Allan there are only two battery mfg. in the U.S. (don't know about Canada), so they are pretty much the same no matter who's name is on them. I go 7-8 years for mine. last year, when my car was 8 years old, and we were getting really cold temps for extended periods of time, I replaced mine. It was hesitating at start up. and I decided due to it's age,and that I did not want to be stranded. Bought it from NAPA, which had a rebate at the time, cost about $90 U.S.
Just 'cuz they're made by same mfg. doesn't mean they're made to same specs. The Delco that came in my Vette lasted almost 8 years, even after it repeatedly went dead the first few years of the car's life. The Delco's they sold at K-MArt could indeed be vastly different from the one you buy at your GM dealer. Same for Motorcraft. It's in the SKUs and ID numbers (and the cost).

Think about this: even though they aren't required in the US? If someone chooses to drive in the dusk/dawn or dark hours and forgets to turn on their lights (don't laugh there are lots of those jackasses out there) at least an oncoming car would see the DRLs. Ok, done with it.
John - the 'stubby' car is a 'Zinger'. Do you remember back in the day when they were common as dirt? here's another one only this time with a new Challenger

Allan, it dun zung me!
me thought it was Photo-chopped.
Jamesbo, that guy and the lady were ALL OVER the N.O. news last night. I'm ashamed to say the guy was the Saints fan and the lady was the Bengals fan. Wish it would have been the other way around. Just 'cuz somebody has endzone seats along the railing for ump-teen years doesn't give him the right to a ball. On the other hand, and admitting the Saints organization did get wind of the event and present her with a game ball, she was the most gracious lady ever to adorn a TV screen. No sour grapes, no complaints. I'm so happy everything turned out well for her & her sister.
BTW, for all the world, the guy who snatched the ball from her reminded me of Julius Harris, whom I remember as the iron-clawed villain "Tee Hee" from Live and Let Die. Seems to have had about the same conscience, as well....

I heer dis kute story bout Jim today....
Jim and a lawyer end up getting seated next to each other on a long flight. Don't axe me how dat happened, cuz I know Jim is cheep and flies coach. Most lawyers fly bizness class and don't hold to settin wit commoners, if y'all know whut I meen.
The lawyer looks at Jim and figgers that seniors are so dumb that he kin get one over on this geezer purty eas. So he axes Jim if he would like to play a fun game.
Jim is tired and a tad cranky (LOL whut's new) and just wants to take a nap, so he politely declines ( I tink de quote wuz '**** off') and tries to catch a few winks.
The lawyer keeps buggin Jim, saying that the game is a lot of fun ... and Jim might even be able to make sum money. Jims eyes open a bit. De lawyer goes on, "I ask you a question, and if you don't know the answer, you pay me only $5.00. Then, you ask me one, and if I don't know the answer, I will pay you $500.00".
Well now, dat catches ol Jim's attenshun and, to keep the lawyer quiet, he agrees to play de game wit him.
The lawyer asks the first question.
"How many miles is it from the Earth to the Moon?"
Jim doesn't say a word, jess reaches into his pocket, pulls out a fiver, and hand it to the lawyer.
Now, it's Jim's turn. He asks the lawyer, "What goes up a hill wit three legs, and comes down wit four?" Den he goes back to his nap.
The lawyer uses his laptop to search all references and he can't find anything on the Inter-Net. He sends E-mails to all the smart friends he knows; and all to no avail. After an hour of searching, he finally gives up.
He reaches over and shakes Jim. Wit a resigned look on his face he hands Jim $500.00 in crisp new Franklins. Jim pockets the cash and goes right back to sleep.
The lawyer is going nuts now, not knowing the answer.
He shakes Jim again and asks, "I gotta know, what goes up a hill with three legs and comes down with four??"
You'll love this. Jim jess reaches into his pocket, hands the lawyer another fiver and goes back to sleep.

Is Munday pick on Jim day?? Naw I din't think so.

Evening all!
Cold as heck here tonight, 18* and dropping. January weather for sure. Windy and the snow is blowing. Woke up to about 3" of heavy wet snow.
I worked 6 hours today. Lord is it slow! I sure hope it picks up soon. I'm off tomorrow for that bone scan. Have to be there at 7:55 in the morning. Hope the roads are clear. I plan on working 8 hr. days the rest of the week. I need the money!
I called the surgeons office this afternoon to see if they got the approval letter from Cigna, and they did.
So now I wait to hear from them with a surgery date. I also need to get a release to go back to 8 hour days.
We had a great time at the fundraiser yesterday for the lady with cancer. It was great! I've never seen so many baskets as they had for the chinese auction! God bless the folks who donated all that! Pam's hubby Chris won a Dell printer. We didn't win anything, but we left our share of donations. Jean and Lin didn't have any extra money, so I gave them some. It went to a good cause. I friended the lady on Facebook. She has a strange type of cancer that I've never heard of. Called carcenoid cancer or something like that. It doesn't respond to radiation or chemo, so I don't exactly know how they treat it. She said she started out with colon cancer. Anyhow, the place was packed! Sketty was good too. We enjoyed it.
Nicole arrived in the wee hours Sunday morning. She called me around 11 pm Sat. night, crying, Jon was drinking again and saying hurtful things and she just left. She didn't bring Enzo like was her plan. I don't know if the two of them will make it or not. I pray they do. She had to pick Nick up at the airport this morning, so she's spent the day with him. She went to the doctor for her breathing this afternoon. Got those 'pearl' pills for her cough (that's what I was given when I coughed for 100 days) and an Advair inhaler. I had that too. What I wanted her to get was refills on her Albuterol inhaler. I called the doctors office pretending to be Nicole and told the girl I forgot to ask the dr. to give me refills on the inhaler, lol. She said she would tell the dr., so I'll see if she calls it in when I pick up the other meds tomorrow.
I guess Nicoles cats and now Enzo have ringworm! She told me they didn't know the cats had it, the place they bought them from didn't tell them. Jon told her today that Enzo has a place on his face.
I know Nicole had it once years ago on her thigh. A big old round ugly thing! I thought she picked it up from a girlfriend who had spent the night and must have had it. I don't know. She was never around any animals to get it. So now she's all freaked out about how to get rid of it! They've been treating the cats - I don't know how far along they are in the treatments. She doesn't know how to keep it from spreading there in their house. They can't just put the animals outside! She's hoping she doesn't get it again, or any of them don't get it. I don't know much about the stuff, but I know it's contagious. Something else for Jon to get upset about....
Clint.... what'd ya think of the dead? I was kinda right. I figured Carol would just pretend to be hurt and they'd pick her up, but instead they intentionally ran in to her! I hope they don't kill her off.
Well you all have a good night and stay warm!

I also need to get a release to go back to 8 hour days.We had a great time at the fundraiser yesterday for the lady with cancer. It was great! I've never seen so many baskets as they had for the chinese auction! God bless the folks who donated all that! Pam's hubby Chris won a Dell printer. Hi everyone.
Charlie's Angels just ended and I think I'll hit the sack. It's cold out but the rain and wind have stopped.
Sandy I thought Jon was a good guy, when did the hurtful drinking begin? I hope your friend beats her cancer.
Allan why the funny bone all of a sudden?
Didn't get the dogs baths today, but still plan on it tomorrow. I left the heat up and it's over 70 in here. Holy Toledo if I left it that high all the time I'd be in the poor house.
Darrell sounds like the pup has some stress he can't work through. Sometimes a lot of treats can help that. And other times... Good luck with the Riv.
Okay see you in the morning.

Allan, you're too much! LOL.( I wonder if Jim will treat us to something good?) GM has made their cars w/DRL since 1998, studies showed in the Nordic countries that it made vehicles easier to spot, and that they reduced accidents.
Mornin all.
Sandy, It was good to see how carol got into her mess. It'll be interesting to see what happens next week.
Good joke Allan.
John's right. Battery specs vary from each label. I've had the best luck with Johnson Controls namely the Interstate and the older Diehards(They are no longer made by JC) But Interstate is starting to **** me off. I had a route driver I really liked and he treated me well. Now if I don't have the core right there or its not the exact group size they charge a fee.
Well the kid and her beau took different directions last night. There was a maturity discrepancy and it showed all too well during the breakup. He's a nice young man but has some growing up to do.
Well another day in Hell for the wife and I. Hopefully things get better soon. Have a Tuesday all.

Good morning everyone.
Crisp out this morning. Not much chance of it warming up, either. At least we might see some sun.
Someone sent me a text message last night around 4. I tell you when you're sleeping soundly those beeps sound like they're coming through a megaphone.
Clint I'm sorry that you're in Hell. Hope things get better. Tell the kid that relationships at that age are designed to fail, so you know better what you want when you're older.
Think I'll hit the junkyard today. Haven't been in a couple months I'd say. Perhaps today will be the day I find the elusive left hand headlight bezel for the blue van.
Have a good day everyone see ya's later.

Mike I have a blocking app on my phone. It shuts off all notifications during certain hours. I do leave the phone ringer on in case someone needs to reach me, but everything else is silent. The ringer can be turned off too if that is what someone desires.
Mawn'in all
Mike calls it "Crisp" I'd call it cold as a well diggers shovel.
Had to have me a BIG bowl of grits wit chopped up sausage in it to get me going dis mawn'in.
Mike, Don't put your tongue on any parts at de yard, I ain't got time to take ya to de hospital.
Allan, Dat was a nutter good one.
John, Dat's de price ya pay [in addition to expensive tickets and food] to go to sports games.
De Auburn folks are rais'in hell about there treatment in Athens.
One of de reasons I quit go'in to Falcons games is I flew out to San Francisco years ago to watch dem loose to de 49ers. After de game I saw Claude Humphrey laughing and cutt'in up with one of de 49ers and I realized I care more about dem winning and loosing than de did. It's like driving a truck to sum of de players.
Sandy, Sorry 'bout de spat but I'm wit Mike, better de break up now dan when de got 3.5 kids
Have a great day Olds friends

Morning everyone
Late start today. Guess that's what happens when I get too little sleep the day before. What a beautiful day, already 71 and gonna be a high of around 84 later today. Dat would be in Cancun unfortunately....might have to look at a couple weeks of warm weather vacation for the missus and me sometime after Krimmitz.
Clint, sorry to hear the news about Torrey. Hope she will be ok, I know it will be a little hard on her for awhile till she's ready to move on. I'm sure she'll appreciate the support you guys will give her. BTW on the phone? I've noticed some of the robotcallers are routing through hubs that will show someone else's ph number. Getting so if I don't recognize the number or caller ID I don't answer anymore.
Jim, yer a good sport! Gonna import sum sun an warm fer ya to enjoy. Gotta banish de cold frum yer life. Need a vacation? FL isn't dat far frum ya, Jess take yer gater n Mr no shoulders gun an yer set. I don't think Edmonton would be on yer fly to list. Our summer is prolly like yer fall n n winter. I Wuz thinkin about a drive down the PNW sometime soon. Only been there once back in 79.
Mike, have fun at the junkyard. What do you mean 'all of a sudden? I've always had a funny bone. Didn't see a problem injecting a little humor, that's all. Last time we did some humor on this thread was for Jims golfing and it was fun.
No koffee time this mawnin. Mebbee later this afternoon. Enjoy your day.

Allan I didn't remember you posting jokes, here anyway. That's all. I'm funny, too. Funny looking.
The junkyard was rather enlightening today. Saw a 72 Cutlass with four nice doors, but bad quarters. Also saw an Audi Fox. I haven't seen one of them since the 70s. I also think I solved my radio problem in the blue van. I wanted something that had both cassette and CD, and I found that the Suburban and the S trucks both have an external player that plugs into the radio. The Suburbans have a disc radio that has an external cassette player, and the S trucks have a cassette radio with an external disc player. Now I just need to find a radio with all its ***** and the external player intact.
Clint my phone doesn't have any apps. It does, however, have an off button. Usually I just turn down the volume if I want to be left alone.
Sun's out, I may forego the dog baths because it's a sultry 30* out. There's one spot on my girl that's giving her fits so I may just hit that with a wash cloth and call it a day. Up to 60s next week. I can, however, go out and rake. I need to clean up all the tree stuff so I can call the guy back to cut down more.
Okay see ya.

'Twas chilly, but not a pipe-buster
The clouds moved in last night and kept the temps above freezing, thank goodness. Spose to be a mite cooler tonite. Still don't think it will hit mid-20s.
Better half checked in with a 13* reading in Peoria. Yikes....
Funny about those Interstates, Clint. I guess they're pretty good in general; just too bad it sounds like your guy won't cut you an inch of slack. The Camry bat'ry gave out in 2010 (a fair 4.5-yr. life) and we put a Megatron in it in GA; it was still cranking strong when I sold it last month. That's 213k miles on 2 bat'ries. Not bad, IMHO. I never put a tender on it since it was essentially a "daily use" car (that + Fusion); but pretty much everything else gets a tender -- especially the Vette, which has a tendency to run down the battery when left sitting. I thought it had a short in it when it was new, but they told me that's how they are, unfortunately. But the tender does its job well.
Sandy, hope the drama at home is minimized; but better now than the future, as others have voiced.
Clint, sounds like your offspring is in the same situation. My condolences. And also, hope things get better for you and better half....
Darrell, hope the pooch gets better for good this time. Maybe the ol' boy's "get up and go" has got up and went. My good friend just had to have his 16-y.o. Yorkie put to sleep and he said it was the hardest thing he's ever done. I've had to do that to about 4 of mine thru the years (Buster the cat included) and I felt his pain. On the other hand, you don't want them to suffer needlessly just b/c you don't want to see them go. There just comes a time.
Mike, turn the blasted phone off when you're in a supine position. Do your keep it on for Mom? Don't you have a sister closer to her than you are? B/W the pups & the phone, it's a wonder you sleep a wink, you poor guy. I did used to leave mine on beside the bed all night when all the geriatrics were kickin' around in Metairie. But that was then...
Anyhoots, hope everybody stays warm! That vortex is aiming straight south tonite...

Goooolllleeee!!
Got back from curling at 3:30 and the missus said 'Guess what?" What a loaded first line. I never know what to guess when she says that. So I played along and said the obvious "What?"
You got served. The court date is on January 13, 2015. WTH??? Served for what? So I called up the police station and it turns out that buddy who caused all the damage to my Sonata on June 29 is pleading not guilty to having an unsecured load. Of course he'll lose but what a waste of tax payer $$$. My son and I both have to attend court and because we're witnesses for the crown (state). They'll pay our mileage to and from home, which is fair because the court will be about 25 miles out of the city. Hope we don't have the blizzard of the century then.
Clint - Can you tell me what wheels interchange with a 2010 Yota Corolla? I need to find 4 steelies for my brothers GF's car. I'm thinking there might be some interchange opportunities with Nissan or Honda? 15" wheels. If you know anything you can send it to my home email or pm me? Appreciate it.
Anyone ever use Costco batteries? We don't have some of the brands you guys in the US have, but I figure everyone knows about Costco. Don't know if they buy their batteries from a major supplier and put a Kirkland label or whatnot on them? I do know that Costco is great for product support and returns if not happy.
I bought wiper blades for the Sonata at Costco and saved a ton of $$. Michelin hybrid type for 10.00 each. Better than paying almost 26 each for the same ones at a parts store. They clipped in within 30 seconds - piece of cake. Hope they work well.

John - I hear ya about the cold. It was 55 here yesterday, 32 today, definitely not ready for this yet.
I can't figure out the Saints either. I thought they would be one of the teams to beat, except they keep beating themselves. Being in the land of the Jets and Giants, I have to listen to the media around here brag about them all preseason, and now bash them during the season. I would be really disgusted except that I have always been a Steelers fan. Their biggest issue is consistency on the road but with 5 defensive starters out, it could be a lot worse.
John/Allan - The pooch is hard to figure out. He's not in any pain, seems to be happy, eats like a horse and wants to play. But, I came home tonight and found diarrhea all over the place again. He even redecorated the walls in the hallway.
Have to talk to the vet tomorrow. He's been on two courses of antibiotics and the vet wants to try a different one. I'm thinking about getting him a probiotic and trying that instead. Anyone have any thoughts???
Clint - what's the app you have on your phone that does that?
Sandy - glad to hear you're making progress with the insurance company. My mom's hair grew back wavy too, it took a while, but she's probably got about 90% of what she had before. Hopefully yours will back very soon too.
Working in NYC tomorrow so I'm off to bed early. Have a good night everyone.

Allan, Looks like Johnson controls makes the Kirkland battery. I've never owned one so I can't give a review. I do replace them time to time, but nothing more than any other brand.I will see if I can come up with some different ideas on wheels for you. Here is the spec on the Corolla wheel.
Looks like some older Chryslers are close
Heres where I'm getting the info from.

Darrell, Its called 'blocking mode' and it comes standard on the Samsung. Looks like it may be more a part of the Operating system than an add-on app.
Thanks for the words on the kid. She will be fine. This is all part of growing up, and she admits that he was not ideal marriage material for her. The wife and I are good, but are having issues with some of the businesses that are testing everyone's stress levels.
Sandy, I hope Nicole gets things worked out. Maybe its better for her to find this out now instead of later. Hopefully she knows she can't fix that part of him. It will probably only get worse as time goes on.
Have a Humpday all.

Sunny and steam coming off the lake. This must be On Golden Pond.
Darrell you can give the pup some Imodium. Not a lot, but that should help until you can get his malady figured out. I keep the generic tablets handy as once in a while one of my two will get into something that doesn't quite agree with them.
Allan why has it taken so long for all this to come to light? Did the guy wait this long on purpose, hoping you'd forget or something?
Nothing in the plans so far this morning. This afternoon I'm going over to the people who I got the Mets from, and get the last remaining parts. There's a rear end and what's left of the cut up body.
Well, have a good day all, time to get moving.
