I just happened to watch a repeat of a PBS show last night called Owl Power. Very interesting.

Thanks Tedd! That brought back a memory. I once had a barn owl fly into the side of my car while working night shift. I guess it was attracted to a decal on the door. It was knocked out. I wrapped it in a blanket and took it home. I put it in an old chicken crate to recover. I later went to check on it and it had escaped the crate. I later climbed into the loft of my barn and it was perched there. It stayed around for quite a while.

Very interesting video... It's unfortunate that people can't be a little more caring about their actions and how they affect nature and the wild life that habitat in it...

Great story with a perfect ending. Wonder how long the owl stood there asking itself " what the hell am I gonna do now?"
