Love my new job so far

I love my new job so far and started on Monday.A foot and hand doctor which I do the hand and foot surgeries as well.I was at another place and management was always on me,had enough of that. This one came up 2 weeks ago since the previous foot and hand doctor retired last week.I was hired in and was excited to hear it.Less stressed now and management is pretty good with me.Co workers like me very well including the medical assistants that work with me only. The heart specialist gave me my nickname there,"the Canadian lady".Noticed my Canadian accent, originally from Canada which I immigrated from Canada with my family when I was 12 years old.My patients like me already too since I listen to them.My husband has already noticed I am less stressed too when I come home.He was there for support when I put my application in too and said I deserved better.

Good for you. It is nice to hear about a good outcome when switching jobs.

I do get on some of my patients sometimes.Did a hand surgery on a guy's right hand 3 years ago and he did not listen to my orders after the surgery. He was pulling on a wrench and pulled that same muscle I did surgery on 2 weeks after the surgery was done. His wife was on him too for that.Did the surgery a second time and he listened to my orders.

That's good that you enjoy your job. I hope my daughters can say the same thing when they are adults. I've struggled with finding a satisfying place to work.

Some of us car guys do not listen to docs orders the first time. I want to know when doctors will start installing grease fittings in joints. Be easier to just give them a shot of grease once in a while then replace them.

Your joints are sealed and permanently lubricated for your projected service life.

If you go ahead and outlive your parts, well, then, you need to have a talk with the engineer who put you together.
