Granddaughter wedding and the Olds

It may of been better to of put this in the what have you done to your Olds today thread but it should fit in fine here also.

My granddaughter has requested that I deliver her to her wedding site in the convertible(big swelled chest here) on this Saturday. She has planed a outside wedding at my almost 87 year old dads home and has invited the whole clan and then some, probably 85 or more guests. This started out as a small just close family affair and has manifested it self in to a come one come all party, not sure where we will park that many cars but that not my responsibility, thank God

Needless to say I've been spit shining the Olds and getting it ready for the big day. I'll be late posting pictures because my dad and I are leaving for a Wyoming antelope hunt on the following Sunday and will be gone for a week or so. Why don't women understand that you don't plan a weddings or births or anything else around hunting season?

More to follow after we return......Tedd

Very cool Tedd! Good luck...I look forward to the pictures.

I asked my buddy to deliver me to my wedding in his '64 GTO convertible. He actually declined as I was getting married in Queens, NY and it made him nervous. While I completely understood, I was a little bummed....I thought it would've been cool.

Some shots of a sorta redneck wedding

Getting ready to leave for Wyoming and had a few minutes to post a few pictures of the wedding.

The wind came up so they held down the vinyl strip to the alter with a couple beer cans. Who would thought. ho well it's a different age.

The bridesmaids

The next couple shots are of the bridal party bride and groom and such.

And the last is a shot of some homemade bourbon spirits (actually rye) whiskey) that someone brought, It went over quite well I think.....Tedd

Congrats Tedd! Can't think of a better use of your car! I'm sure many of those who attended will remember the car.

Good luck on the hunting trip. At least I hope you enjoy the time out with your Dad.
