We have grown out of our house, we never anticipated or even thaught that a family with 3 kids would be us. So we put our house up for sale and in 18 days it was sold. The new owner is taking over the house 1. of february. We have not been able to find a house that will suit our needs and demands....that is up for sale.
The bold move....we have invited a guy and his wife over for dinner tonight, because they have a nice house that we would like to buy...though it's not for sale. Gonna need all of our salesman skills
They know the agenda and has accepted the invite.

Well...actually it did. Turns out they bought the neighboring property 5 years ago and have had plans for redoing it since they have a business in some of the buildings. they will look into how a time table will be and make some documents about selling their house to us. I think we are being very lucky :-)
