2015 Yukon heated seat problem

Having an issue with GM Canada on my Yukon . Heated seats are programed to come on with remote start , but don't ??? Dealer "stumped" I called 'customer Service at head office, & was told they have engineers working on problem, but so far no cure?? Advice was to "go out after starting, turn on ignition & manually push the heat button" GOOD ANSWER, but kinda defeats the purpose??? This was one of the selling points for me, $ 65,000 vehicle & they can't come up with a solution?? There "Rant' over will keep on their A$$ as winters are cold up here, would be nice to have this work as promised.

had a call from dealer, taking Yukon in on Wednesday, they "think" they have to go "into" radio with scanner to turn on function, even though data screen says it's on ?? Keep you informed!!!

Well success!!! scanned radio got a code, they checked this out, have to turn seats "ON" before shutting down engine, computer reads last setting!! Tried it after letting it sit outside in cold, the seat back only comes on, on a low setting but is warm!!!! Service manager is going to check his truck out too as his didn't work either!!! Guess we all learned something on this one???
