Gas tank for 72 88 convertible?

Can't seem to find one, Liliand says they don't make one for it. Any one know of an interchangable tank that will work ? its approx 32x34x7 thick, Spectra shows one that size as a GM 40C,
Just received a REPO670102 (CGM34R) from Discount Body parts, but its shorter and wider, think its for an F85, Cutlass?
Anyone help with this?
Thanks

Here's some good info on replacing the fuel tank in a 71-76 B/C body:

71 and 72 88 and 98 used that fuel tank. it is not made. 1973 and up use a different tank. the 1973 and tank has bump up were the fuel send go in. the difference has to do with evaporative fuel emissions.
do a search of this site you will find many threads about this tank
