VIN tag rivets

Where can a guy get a set of rivets to pop the ol' VIN tag back in it's spot? I'm not super concerned about "super factory correct" pieces - just not home depot parts.

I have seen all kinds of info about these saying it is illegal to sell them. But never saw any law about it. You can get the Mopar ones but they are black not silver in color. I have heard people remove the originals by taking a punch and hitting the center pull shaft out of them back into the back side of the rivet which can help unpull the rivet. Then wiggling them out and using a center pin out of a new non vin rivet to reattach them. Never tried it.

Don't know much more about them.
