Rear exhaust hanger

Does the rear exhaust hanger have a nut? I noticed the frame seems to be tapped but my sand blaster handed me back both my rear exhaust hangers and only gave me enough hardware for one. My bolt says "Rockford" on the head is that correct?

I never saw a sand blaster with hands. I think just screws 2 ea. on the hanger. Holes are in the rear cross member.
