Does anyone have a picture of the correct way to mount
these tailpipe hangers??? Thanks in advance.

 

The hangers mount to a tab that sticks out from the bumper bracket. In 1968 and 1969, the 442s used different bumper brackets than did other Cutlii. If you don't have the 442 bumper brackets, you won't have the tabs to attach these to. On the 70-72 cars, all Cutlii came with bumper brackets that had the tabs, but the 68-69 cars are different.
