Is it necessary to replace core support bushings if I replaced the body bushings?

Is it necessary to replace core support bushings if I replaced the body bushings on my 72 supreme? If I reuse the old ones will there be an issue with aligning the body panels when I reassemble?
Thanks!
Chris
