If you want to temporarily lower it to see what it looks like, just load the trunk with some heavy stuff. Won't work for checking ride quality though as the springs will be compressed. You may also get a little lowering in the front too. To prevent this place a jackstand under each frame rail as close to the front wheels as possible, then add the weight to the trunk. Otherwise, you are looking at some kind of permanent change.

I installed a set of moroso trick springs once...lowered the tail about 2 inches.

How low do you want it?
I have a nice pair of GM springs
14'' tall and 7.25'' wide that you can have for shipping.
Measure your stockers at the local parts store and see how much difference they will make. I was going to lower mine (significantly) with these, but I liked the jacked up in the back with smaller wheels on the front look better.

Swapping springs is pretty easy to do in a half hour. Take out the 2 bottom shock bolts, pop out the studs, and jack the frame up till you can pull the spring out.
