Go for Moog brand parts if you have a choice. They cost a little more but the quality is good.

I would also suggest Kanter or Rock Auto. I rebuilt the front end on my 64 98 many years ago and used parts from PST. Their prices were ok but the customer service was lacking. I think they market more parts for "performance" cars.

Kanter is probably your best bet for a 1964 full size. The full size cars are not well supported any more, even by the normal replacement part vendors like Moog.

Hopefully the freight costs won't be too high. At least the suspension rebuild parts don't weight alot (bushings, ball joints, tie rods, etc.).

As I mentioned, PST has "so-so" customer service and doesn't seem to carry as many parts for full sized cars.

If you're still waiting to hear from Kanter send them another e-mail. It shouldn't take more than an afternoon for them to get you the shipping costs.

Hey, no worries and whatever it takes to work.
What was the actual vendor on Amazon? Was it "sold by amazon"? Still Moog parts? That does sound like a screaming deal!

This is why Amazon will compete with Google to one day rule the world.

For now, though, I'm glad you seem to have finally gotten your parts, we hope.

well guys i recieved my parts thru amazon on wedsneday , no problems , im that happy i have just ordered some more parts thru em....and $17bucks in freight!!!
im still waiting for any type of anwser from them "big suppliers" ...nobody im still shocked , my brother even attempted to order sum carpet for his 66 olds 98 coupe , and the same thing he is still waiting for a reply , in the end it has been done by a local motor trimmer......i just dont get it??? in oz we are always hearing in the news how hard work/bussiness is doing in the US, beleive me im not a person who normally complains but i know if i did bussiness like this we would be out of bussiness(my brother is a car wholesaler and has a large used car lot )
i bought a reman brake booster for my 64 olds off a "big time "seller thru ebay... i was so happy bought and paid $135 +55 for freight straight away , i get a message thru ebay a couple of days later saying the seller has cancelled my sale ... no explanation....no refund offered ..so when i email the seller i am told that the manufacture dont make this unit anymore (centric)... although the ebayer had 2 listed at the same time ....anyway i had to wait 3 weeks for a refund , and only when i put a claim thru paypal........ the seller could not be bothered nor ever offered me a refund, .when i left neg feedback the seller asks if i change my bad feedback he will give me a discount on the next item i by from him....f/no!!!.....
sorry rant over again

It's due to the Coriolis effect. Shipping is a problem because packages spin counterclockwise in the southern hemisphere.
