70 bump stops

70 bump stops

Anyone know how to put upper control arm bump stops in? I can't find a way to get them in the hole, I tried soap, lube, grease . anyone have a easy way?

IIRC I used tire install lube and a small screwdriver to coax the rubber thru the hole

I ended up using dawn, and water, was able to get it started on a edge, then turned it , fell right in. thanks

I lubed mine up with liquid soap , held them in place with a pliers , and whacked them hard with a big hammer .
They popped right in .
