hi guys ....i need to know what body group my car is and also what cars have the same frame that can interchange with it. its a 69 olds 98 4dr luxury sedan and it has disc brakes in front

 

It's a C-body, which is essentially the same as a B-body, but a couple of inches longer and with different rear-end body features.

The only frames that interchange are 65-70 Olds 98 and Buick Electra. Not sure if the Caddy has the same wheelbase. Of course the body style needs to be the same (HT vs. convert, for example).

 

To flesh out what Joe and I have said, the 98 and the Electra were both C-bodies and rode on a 127" wheelbase, while all of the other full-sizes (B-bodies), such as the 88, Catalina, Impala, etc., were 124".
Only the 127" frame will interchange.
This also affects exchanging some other non-obvious parts, such as rear doors.

I have a fairly good used frame from from a '68 98 LS 4dr, in mid-MI

was a car that wintered in florida, died of a front end [sheet metal only- no frame damage] crash, not rust.
