Not knowing the history or where you are taking it to get aligned, I'd be leary of somebody telling me I had a bent frame, true it could be, and there are places that can "straighten" them.
You could have worn out ball joints, control arm bushings, or even shocks. If it were me, I go someplace else to have another diagnosis on it.

You can also conduct some basic measurements yourself. Measure the frame at the front half of the car. Measure diagonally. For example, measure from good semetrical frame reference points. Start from somewhere on the frame roughly under the drivers foot, to a good reference point on the frame at the passenger side front. Repeat the measurement from passenger side to drivers front. Your measurements should shape an X pattern. If you use good semetrical reference points on the frame, the two measurements should be nearly equal. If they are not, you picked bad points or your frame is tweeked. I believe if you get a chassis manual for your car the accurate dimensions and measurement locations are stipulated.

Take your car to a quality frame and alignment body shop. There are many that specialize in frame straightening. It requires specialized equipment and knowledge.
