I'm swapping out my 66 442 frame for a really nice 67 Cutlass frame. I noticed my 66 frame has stiffeners welded near the front spring perch, the 67 does not..Do all 66 frames have these stiffeners, or just 442s?

Sorry, 3x2, it's the best one. I'll take another one tomorrow. It's located on the rear side of the front member just behind the spring perch

are they A.O. Smith, Pontiac, or one of each? Lots of differences between the two suppliers.

Its a CA build car. The 67(without the stiffeners) was a MI built. Maybe they are just two different manufacturers. Thanks
