No other years are the same, but a bumper from any other 88-sized model that year (Super 88, Dynamic 88, Jetstar 88, Starfire, Jetstar I) will fit.

This is a common problem for these cars, and finding one that is in good shape takes perseverance as it will have to come off a donor car.

Throughout the 1960s, bumpers and grilles were pretty much one-year-only. In any case, the design of the mounting brackets on the 1964 bumpers pretty much assures that any ones you find will have the same rust holes as yours do. I've been looking for a set of 64 bumpers for a while now, and good ones run well over $500.

Each.

One of my buds dropped off his 69 Torino Cobra bumpers with Tri-City at Fall Carlisle last week, and while they were handling the paperwork someone else dropped off a pair of 64 88 bumpers. No rot thru! but the rear bracket drains had the typical crud in them, so odds are it wouldn't have been long.

Never understood why they didn't design the rear bracket drains same as the fronts. There is simply not enough of a drain hole there to drain out mud, crud, water etc.

What's bad is the problem is common to all 1961-68 Oldsmobiles. 61-64 B car and 67-8 Ninety Eight rears seem to be the most susceptible.

All in the name of hiding fasteners.

Well, full size. Us A-body guys don't have that problem.
