Want to Buy a 1970 or 1972 442 Convertible

I am looking to buy a 1970 or 1972 442 convertible, equipped with automatic transmission, bucket seats, console, factory air conditioning, power steering and brakes.

Numbers matching. I need the car to be ready to drive in good condition.

Exterior color: White, black, twilight or royal blue, or red.

Please respond or send a private message.

I am located in Pennsylvania. But the location of the car is not important!

Thank you!!

I can't help you in your search, but I'm curious...1970 OR 1972. No interest in a 1971 for some reason?

1970 has 455/365 HP engine. 1972 has either 350CI or 455CI, both of which are low compression. I'm flexible! And will accept 1971. Thanks

70-72 455

You are assuming that 40 plus year old cars have stock original engines with the original compression ratios. The vast majority will have rebuilt engines & will all perform the same or similarly. Even in stock form the 71 455 & the 72 455 provide the same performance as each other. Once rebuilt either can out run a stock 1970 version if the right parts were chosen.

thank you!! I received two pictures of your car. Does your car have factory air conditioning?? Any other pictures?? Is this the original color? How about either calling me, Harry, 215-235-5800, email, hgratz001@comcast.net. Or, text your contact information. Thanks, Harry
