Everything I can see looks quite legit. A very nice documented example.
That W28 reference is a little misleading. The L66 is what identifies it as a TPC. Notice that the W28 has a "*", meaning that is an "included" option. That W28 is the broadcast code referring to the "highway gears", engine, and trans combination. And that is part of the L66 TPC option.

I've got that book, maybe that's where I'd seen it.
Nice looking car. I didn't go through all the pictures, was there one of the data plate and what is the build date?
